We don't audit to impress you. We audit to give your team a list they can ship. UntilNow's UX/UI audits combine heuristic evaluation, analytics review, and user behaviour data to surface the highest impact fixes, then deliver them as prioritised, scoped recommendations, not vague observations and screenshots.

What we offer
Our UX/UI Audit Services
We design audits as product input, not deliverables. Findings get prioritised, scoped, and connected to business impact, so your product, design, and engineering teams know exactly what to fix and why.
- UX Audit: End to end review of user experience across product, journeys, and flows, focused on friction points, conversion blockers, and journey breaks.
- UI Audit: Visual and interaction audit covering consistency, hierarchy, accessibility, and design system adherence across the product.
- Heuristic Evaluation: Structured expert evaluation against established usability heuristics, identifying issues real users will hit before they hit them.
- Accessibility Audit: WCAG aligned accessibility review covering colour, contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader behaviour, and inclusive design gaps.
- Conversion and Journey Audit: Funnel and journey analysis tying UX issues to conversion impact, prioritising fixes by likely revenue or engagement lift.
- Performance and Core Web Vitals Audit: Front end performance, Core Web Vitals, and page experience metrics audited alongside UX, because slow pages are a UX problem too.

How we do it?
Benefits of Working with a UX/UI Audit Agency
Audits only matter if they get acted on. We design ours so the recommendations land, get prioritised, and ship.
- Prioritised, Not Comprehensive: Findings ranked by impact and effort, with clear recommendations for what to fix this quarter, this year, and what to defer.
- Tied to Business Outcomes: Audit findings connected to conversion, engagement, accessibility compliance, or business goals, not just abstract usability issues.
- Built for Handover: Recommendations scoped tightly enough that your design, product, or engineering team can pick them up and ship without translation.
- Implementation Ready: We can also implement the highest impact recommendations, taking findings through to design and build without restarting the work in a new engagement.

FAQs
UX/UI Audit Services
How long does a UX audit take?
A focused UX or UI audit typically runs 1 to 2 weeks. Comprehensive audits covering UX, UI, accessibility, performance, and journey analysis usually run 2 to 4 weeks. Larger product surfaces or enterprise platforms can extend further depending on scope.
What deliverables do we get?
A prioritised audit report covering findings, recommendations, and rationale, organised by impact and effort. Most audits also include annotated screenshots, journey maps, and where useful, sample redesigns of the highest impact recommendations. Findings are scoped tightly enough that your team can ship them without further design work.
Do you do accessibility audits too?
Yes. Accessibility audits cover WCAG aligned checks across colour, contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader behaviour, and inclusive design patterns. We can deliver accessibility audits standalone or bundled into broader UX work.
Can you implement the recommendations?
Yes. Many audits feed directly into design and build engagements, with the highest impact findings turned into shippable updates. We can implement the work ourselves or hand findings to your in-house team, depending on capacity and preference.
What's the difference between a UX audit and a UX research project?
A UX audit is expert evaluation, looking at the product through a structured lens of usability heuristics, accessibility standards, and design system rigour. UX research is user driven, with interviews, usability testing, or behavioural data forming the basis of insight. The two complement each other, audits surface the issues experts can see, research surfaces the issues only users hit.
Do you only audit the design, or the build too?
Both, where it matters. Performance, Core Web Vitals, and front end behaviour are part of the user experience, so audits often cover the build side as well as the design side. We can run technical audits standalone for engineering teams, or bundle them into UX audits for product leaders.
Can you audit a website as well as a product?
Yes. Web audits cover marketing site experience, conversion funnels, content hierarchy, and SEO adjacent UX issues. Product audits go deeper into application UX, complex workflows, and design system adherence. Many clients run both as a paired engagement.
Can you audit a competitor's product as part of the work?
Yes, when it's strategically relevant. Competitor UX audits surface what other products in the category are doing well, where the gaps sit, and where you can differentiate on experience. They're particularly useful when paired with brand or product positioning work.
