Localisation and Translation
I can only say good things about UntilNow. They are very efficient and have strong expertise in their field. We won't hesitate to recommend their services to startups, scale ups and corporates.

Most localised sites are translated, not localised. The difference shows. UntilNow runs website and product localisation as design, copy, and engineering in one engagement, with hreflang setup, CMS architecture, transcreation, and regional UX considerations built in from the start. Brand intact, locally credible, technically sound.

What we offer
Our Localisation and Translation Services
We treat localisation as a design and engineering problem, not just a language one. The goal is a site or product that reads as native in every market without breaking the brand or the build.
- Website Localisation: Full website localisation across design, content, and CMS, with regional UX adjustments where audience behaviour differs.
- Translation Services: Translation of marketing, product, and brand content with native speaking translators across major language markets.
- Transcreation: Creative adaptation of brand and campaign messaging for local markets, where direct translation would lose meaning, tone, or cultural relevance.
- Hreflang and SEO Setup: Technical SEO foundations for multi region sites, including hreflang implementation, regional URL structures, and search visibility setup.
- CMS Localisation Architecture: CMS structures (Webflow, Shopify, headless) designed to scale across regions, with content models built for translation, regional variants, and editorial workflows.
- Product UI Localisation: Product interface localisation including string management, layout flex for character expansion, RTL language support, and regional UX patterns.

How we do it?
Benefits of Working with a Localisation Agency
Localisation done well opens markets. Done badly, it dilutes the brand and breaks the build. We design ours to do the first.
- Brand Intact, Locally Credible: Transcreation and regional UX adjustments designed to make the site read as native, without losing the brand voice that makes you you.
- Technically Sound: Hreflang, CMS architecture, and SEO setup built in from the start, so localisation supports search visibility instead of breaking it.
- Design and Engineering Together: One team handling design, copy, CMS, and tech, so localisation doesn't fragment across vendors and translation managers.
- Scoped to Fit: Localisation engagements scoped to your real market priorities, not a default 12 language rollout. We help you pick the markets that matter.

FAQs
Localisation and Translation Services
What's the difference between translation and localisation?
Translation converts language. Localisation adapts the entire experience, including copy, design, UX patterns, content priorities, and technical setup, for a specific region or market. A translated site has the same content in a different language. A localised site reads as if it was made for that market in the first place.
Do you handle the technical SEO side?
Yes. Hreflang implementation, regional URL structures, multi region CMS architecture, and search visibility setup are core parts of how we approach localisation. Skipping the technical foundations is the most common reason localised sites underperform in search, so we build them in from day one.
Which languages do you cover?
We work across major European, Asian, and Middle Eastern language markets through native speaking translation partners. Common languages include French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, and Arabic. Less common languages can be supported through specialist partners as needed.
Can you work with our existing translators?
Yes. Many clients have established translation partners or in-house native speakers, particularly for languages where brand voice has been carefully developed. We can run localisation around your translators, providing design, CMS, and technical setup while they handle the language work.
Do you localise products as well as websites?
Yes. Product UI localisation is increasingly part of the brief, particularly for SaaS and consumer apps expanding into new markets. The work covers string management, layout flex for character length variation, RTL language support, and regional UX patterns where they affect how the product feels native.
Can you advise on which markets to prioritise?
We can help you scope. Market prioritisation usually depends on existing demand, search visibility opportunity, brand fit, and operational readiness in the target region. We focus on the markets where localisation will deliver real return, rather than chasing language coverage for its own sake.
How long does a website localisation project take?
A focused single market localisation typically runs 4 to 8 weeks. Multi market launches with technical SEO setup, transcreation, and CMS architecture work usually run 8 to 14 weeks. Ongoing localisation support runs on retainer once the foundations are in.
What CMS platforms do you localise on?
Webflow (with native localisation), Shopify (with regional store setup), and headless CMS platforms designed for multi region content. We can also work with WordPress and other CMS where localisation has been retrofitted. The platform choice affects how clean the localisation can be, so it's worth getting right at the architecture stage.
