Seeing through the fog
ProfitPeak provided us with customer demo call recordings, onboarding transcripts, product walkthroughs and more - all to support strategic immersion. We analysed competitors (as we always do) but when beyond that, looking deep into the mindsets of founders, marketers, buyers and even performance agencies. There were incredible dynamics at play and a bold truth at the heart of it all - no one had the experience, insight and capability that they did. We now had to craft that into a succinct and clearly differentiated position.






















ProfitPeak’s strongest and most compelling communication elements were synthesised into a category leading (and defining) messaging framework, complete with audience profiles, personality and voice guides. Now we were ready to bring it to life!

A mountain of opportunity
ProfitPeak is a trusted guide - much like a sherpa, taking one through the fog and climbing higher. And whilst we didn’t want to dwell on the mountain metaphors too much, it was clear that ProfitPeak was a critical tool on the path to profit. It didn’t take long for us to realise they needed an incredible mascot. One that was versatile, dynamic, unique and could support everything from marketing comms and onboarding, right through to product features, events and conferences.






















Everything else was just as fastidiously designed including a custom wordmark, a curated typeface set, custom iconography and gradients inspired from the transitions of light across mountain ranges. The resulting identity is an optimistic, confident and refreshing counter to the blue and white world of ecommerce SaaS tools.












The mascot ended up being a body of work in its own right, with meticulous guidelines specifying everything from the upward trending peaks to the rotation of the head.

Launching on the world stage
To further support delivery, UntilNow designed a delivered a brand new website, presentation templates, LinkedIn banners and even collateral including socks, hoodies and a claw machine! We’re excited to see the capability, dynamism and potential of ProfitPeak truly reflected in a confident, empowering and bold brand.
